Why choose
integrative physiotherapy?
Modern day living takes its toll on our bodies. Our busy often stressful lifestyles, juggling work and family commitments, can mean we put ourselves at the bottom of a long list of priorities. This can lead to a cascade of chronic illnesses, poor physical and mental health and pain syndromes, affecting our well-being and ability to thrive.

Why choose
Clinical Modified Pilates?
Clinical Modified Pilates is a wonderful way to support people to safely return to exercise after injury or illness. The traditional pilates exercises have been broken down into a progressive sequence so each person can work at a level that is appropriate for their ability with the aim to progress through the levels as they get stronger. As a physiotherapist, Emily can adapt the exercises to ensure they are appropriate for the individual. Exercises each have a prescribed placement, rhythm and breathing pattern designed to improve posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.

Nutrition and Health Coaching
Emily is a qualified Nutrition and Health Coach. This service ideal for those struggling with chronic illness, weight management and functional gut health disorders such as IBS.
