I work with adults and  children between the ages of 6 and 16. I have a great deal of knowledge and experience with building relationships, analysing behavioural patterns and empowering individuals.

 

I trained in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, which is a humanistic subtype of psychotherapy. What that means is that we are equals in the therapy space, we hold the same power and I will afford you respect and autonomy in your journey. I'm proud to be a Psychotherapist. I have a passion for empowering autonomy, which enables you to find your voice and live your freedom.
